The YouSeq® custom primer/probe qPCR Panel is a qualitative in-vitro Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) assay that utilises hydrolysis probe detection technology for the detection of a range of pathogens. The assay is intended to detectthe targets of interest across multiple wells and is designed to be used by trained personnel in a suitable molecularbiology laboratory environment. The primers/probes are shown in silico to have >95% specificity to the targets.
